Emily & Evan chose to marry here where they met, at Plantation Farm Camp in Cazadero, owned and run
by Evan’s parents. 150 guests came from around the world, some of their friends camped on the property
for a few days prior to the wedding.
The couple wanted a rustic yet elegant wedding, much in style with the venue. We created hand stained
centerpiece containers for some of the tables, birch bark containers for others, all filled with muted tones of
pale blue hydrangeas, Sahara roses, belladonna delphinium, sweet peas, and chocolate dahlias. Linens were
an elegant blue Dupioni silk with undertones of chocolate. I worked closely with Andrea Hart, their event
coordinator based in Southern California. I loved working with Andrea, and I made a good friend in the
process. She brought together all of the vendors, details & the elements with seemless precision.
