Spring at Viansa Winery
Each Spring Viansa Winery invites all of their couples who are booked for the season to a Menu Tasting dinner.
The Wine Cave is set with various dining table designs showcasing a few of the gorgeous linen choices, chairs,
china, and glassware. The couples then go Wine tasting, cake tasting, and on to a “Dinner Tasting Party” where each has their own table, with personalized service…. a small preview of being at their own wedding.
I had fun designing the florals for 2 of the Wine Cave tables. One was done in Crisp Whites and Spring Yellow;
a fun combination for me as it is not a common color theme. The second table was a sumptuous Plum Crinkle linen, Honeydew Topaz Napkins, Silver edged glassware and plates, which we embellished with crystal votive cups, crystal strands hanging from the floral arrangement. Norah Burrows came to photograph the flowers and the details! I love her photos! There is more to come soon from our second Bride Dinner just a few weeks ago.
