Fabulous Feathers
This was some of the most fun we’ve had in a while! The Harvest Inn is undoubtedly an unusual venue to fathom that something like this would work, however it was one of the most breathtaking and stunning events of the season so far. When thinking about weddings in the Napa Valley, feathers are not the first thing that come to mind, but Allison and John came from Texas with something fabulously fun and totally different in mind. I spent hours pouring over linens with their wedding planner, Sarah Ghazzagh, of A Dream Wedding, and finally came across the perfect selections from Napa Valley Linens, a highly crucial part of bringing this whole vision and color palette to life. I was given a few inspirational images from the bride, a beginning color palette, and then she cut me loose. Their reaction to the final product, when presented with bouquets, ceremony and reception decor and florals was:” This is fabulous… more than we could have imagined in our wildest dreams… it is absolutely beyond perfect!” Laurie Lucov created a cake vision, layers of delicate leaves, cascading from cream to pale pinks and finishing in a deeper pink.
